Today I saw Brenda Michaels and her colleague - they were extremely professional & friendly, putting me at ease and gave a detailed explanation as to what was happening. Very impressed.

I was very pleased with the way the appointment system worked this time (always fairly good) I made an appointment with Dr Fish as requested 2-3weeks as a referral. the original appointment I was given was 4 week late. However, today, 2 weeks and I got an appointment on the day.

Every body gets the best service and a smile.
The Cross keys surgery is like a small family. It would be nice to have slopped walk way instead of stair.
